Als het afstrepen aan staat worden de cijfers 1 tot en met 9 zichtbaar.
Door vervolgens op een van deze cijfers te klikken gebeurt er het volgende:
- Overal waar het cijfer al is ingevuld wordt oranje gekleurd
- Alle rijen waarin dit cijfer voorkomt worden rood
- Alle kolommen waarin dit cijfer voorkomt worden rood
- Alle vlakken waarin dit cijfer voorkomt worden rood
- Alle overige gevulde vlakken worden rood
Dat zorgt er voor dat het alleen de velden waar het cijfer nog ingevuld mag worden wit blijven. Blijft er in een rij maar één wit vlak staan dan kan het gekozen cijfer hier gerust worden ingevuld. Dat geldt ook voor de kolommen en vlakken.
